Phregg's 2025 album, Migliorare (Mentale) is a descriptive, emotional and vulnerable album with deep songs such as "In My Dreams," that explores the deep feeling of longing and grief after the death of a loved one, and the complex steps of getting over the loss. As well as more vulnerable, yet still upbeat songs such as "The Iconics" featuring Mezzopiano, telling a story about the tribulations that mental health challenges present. But there is also songs such as "Keep Spinning, World" that shows that the world can be violent and unforgiving, and the despair of not being able to do anything about it. The album is currently still in the ideas and recording stage, but is on track to make a full debut by January of 2026, and will be produced by Phregg and his dear best friend, Mezzopiano.
