Welcome to the Dec update of my blog! Coming straight to you from my bed... anyways. in this monthly edition, lets discuss my (mostly budget, ALLERGY FRIENDLY for all my sensitive gorls) self/skin care routines/products and tricks that are great to gift to a loved one this holiday season. (All recipes for DIY products and links for products at bottom)

First up; my everything shower routine and produts:

routine: 

*I do an everything shower every sunday night to freshen up for the week but you can do yours whenever*

1. wet hair and apply hair mask (recipe below) leave on for 20 mins
2. start shower and wash hair with vanicream shampoo. Rinse and apply vanicream conditioner.
3. Exfoliate body with DIY sugar scrub and kitsch korean exfoliating mitt
4. Shave body hair with UtopiaCare safety razor and EOS sensitive shea butter shave cream
5. rinse out conditioner and cleanse face with cerave foaming face wash
6. wash body with african net sponge and Cln pro strength body wash 
7. dry off and apply biossance squalane oil and cetaphil moistuizing lotion to body

DISCLAIMER: I have been battling with incredibly dry comination skin, as well as bad acne and redness. On a good day, my skin is a f*cking wreck. I use these products for MY concerns and my mother is a dermatologist so I have had lots of help from her. Anyways, heres my AM routine:

1. wash face with cerave foaming face wash
2. use AO2 clear on cotton pad on face
3. apply 4-6 drops walgreens hyaluronic acid serum
4. Apply Neutrogena hydro-boost water cream moisturizer
5. pat on eltaMD SPF44 facial sunscreen 
6. Brush teeth with forever bright toothgel and rinse with TheraBreath mild mint mouthwash

Herses my pm routine;

1. Wash face with cerave foaming facial wash and again use AO2 clear on a cotton pad
2. let skin dry and apply Cerave resurfacing retinol serum (HOLY GRAILLL for acne)
3. apply neutrogena hydro-boost water cream moisutizer
4. brush teeth with same products as AM routine
